Gem3.0: Been after some weighted gloves for a while and am pleased with these but they are a little bulkier than I expected compared to others I have seen people wear. I have only been using them a few days but so far during a workout I can feel the weight. It doesn’t feel like much at first but I would say with regular use I will notice a difference in strength.
J Sal4.0: Great for adding resistance to a workout. Without being too heavy. They aren’t the most comfortable but I doubt you will get ones that are. They are well made and do fit well.
