 Overall extremely happy with the honey badger line. Currently own the large drop point in D2 and the large wharncleaver in 8cr13MoV. Both came razor sharp out of the box able to shave with. Deep carry pocket clip has a great finish and so far after EDC for about 3 months no issues whatsoever. For me the D2 seems to hold a sharper edge longer I rotate fairly regularly between knives and these are my first bearing knives I’ve always been a fan of assisted opening but have found a new love for fluid bearing action and may not purchase another assisted opener for the foreseeable future. Both knives are buttery smooth as far as opening is concerned the included hex key is also quality and comes in handy for tightening the tension of the bearing to your liking as well as making sure all frame screws are tight. I’ve had no issue with frame screws loosening on their own and so far I have zero complaints and these are turning out to be my favorite EDC knives to date. The price for me is is just right. Not afraid to pull it out to open a box open a bottle or anything else for that matter. Scales are sturdy enough for me and I see no issue as previous reviewers gave stated. Single handed opening is a breeze with the enlarged thumb hole using thumb pointer finger ring finger or flipper lever. The only complaint I would have if I was forced to have one would be the hard edge on the back side of the scales which could easily be smoothed out with light sanding which I haven’t gotten around to doing as this isn’t really an issue for me at all. I was so impressed with these knives that I also sent a large drop point in 8cr13MoV to a friend and gave one to my brother in law as a gift. For around $50 if you’re thinking about one of these do yourself a favor and pick one up. Treat yourself! You won’t be disappointed! Other knives included in photos to show a comparison of what I typically EDC for a baseline of what I’m comparing to. Another favorite of mine but not included in the photos is the kershaw blur.

I better be careful if I rant and Rave too much about this knife they may start raising the cost of it.😉 that doesn’t matter I would pay twice of what they’re charging for this knife. There is nothing bad to say about it not a big fan of plastic handle but it does lighten the weight and it still feels great in the hand. Everything from the centering of the blade to the smoothness of the pivot to the D2 Steel what else is there to say!?!? One guy wrote you won’t regret it he was right not only I don’t regret it but I’m going to order a second one just in case I lose this one.

Extremely lightweight knife yet high quality!I had a tan 3.1 drop point WAHB knife from a year ago that got stolen and I needed to replace it. I went up a size to 3.6 as the 3.1 was a smidge smaller in my hand. Knife came a bit loose but included tool was able to tighten it down a bit. Grease around pivot was a little gritty but I can clean that out and relube it. D2 blade came surprisingly sharp! DANGEROUSLY SHARP straight out of box. Glides through paper like butter!I love the WAHB knives!

Overall I love the design and function ( got the D2 ). Out of the box I was almost ready to return the knife because the blade lock continually stuck in place and the flipper action needed a gorilla to push the tab in. I decided to try a drop of oil ( Ballistol ) on the lock contact surface and both probems solved.Now my new EDC

I am amazed by how good this knife is for the money. I had purchased two previously and liked them so much that I then got the D2 version. I also bought the plain white replacement scales to try my hand at dyeing them.The blade comes with an adequate edge but if you’re into razor sharpness you might want to plan on doing a little honing.Ergonomically superb this fits wonderfully in my hand and the bearing makes deploying the blade practically effortless.
